"Dead Emotions" is Katharos XIII's debut album and the first pro-done CD released trough Arcana Noctis. Prior to this album the band released the demo "Silver Melancholy" trough the Australian label Smell The Stench.

Katharos XIII's music emerges from the hidden chambers of the human psyche drawing influences from a multitude of areas: personal experiences (human abuse, paranoia, depresion), strange stories, the movies of Peter Greenaway or David Lynch, the books of Mircea Eliade and Emil Cioran and the music of bands such as Silencer, Bethlehem, Shining, Dolorian or Unholy.

While melancholic the music on this album is at the same time complex and progressive.
"Dead Emotions" will surely surround you with an unique mystical aura.
